Fertility Reflexology
Everyday lifestyle factors can have a real impact on both male and female fertility. At Bodyflow, we take the time to understand each person’s history and create a fertility package tailored to the two of you.
How It Works
1. Online consultation. We begin with an online Bodyflow fertility consultation to understand your health, lifestyle and goals, and to agree the best way forward together.
2. Your course of treatments. Treatments start in our London treatment room with Gemma. You can then continue there, or we can visit you at home, depending on where you live in London.
3. Ongoing support. We suggest a course of around 4-6 sessions, though this varies from couple to couple. Reflexology is a holistic therapy that works cumulatively, and everyone’s body is different, so we can’t predict how long it may take.
Support Alongside Medical Care
For over 26 years, we have supported couples in preparing their bodies for natural conception. We also work alongside medical treatments, including Clomid, IVF, IUI and ICSI. Reflexology supports the body’s systems to work well together and promotes deep relaxation and balance. We regularly support clients with PCOS, endometriosis, polyps and recurrent miscarriage.
Meet Gemma
Gemma believes many couples are guided towards a medical route very quickly, without first considering a holistic, complementary approach. When she was young, she was told she might find it very difficult to conceive, which shattered her dreams of becoming a mother.
That experience inspired Gemma to create Bodyflow Reflexology and to specialise in supporting couples on their fertility journeys. She was also a birth doula for many years, helping welcome many beautiful babies into the world, and brings a wealth of training, experience and knowledge to her work.
Gemma has an adult son who she is very proud of and raised with loving care.
Gemma works closely with each couple to help make their dream of becoming parents a reality. No stone is left unturned, and you will be treated like a first-class client.
