Covid-19

We are practising the highest standards of PPE care under the guidance of the NHS, Government and our Governing Bodies, details of which will be sent to you on booking your session. Our Bodyflow Covid Secure Treatment Room and therapists are all registered under the CNHC and AOR Governing bodies. Therapists, Practitioners and Clients will always have to wear a brand-new mask at all times.

Covid-19 Risk Agreement Form

Please read, agree to and sign and email back to Bodyflow up to 48 hours before.

  1. All Bodyflow therapists are registrants and regulated under either the AOR and CNHC Governing bodies, allowing us to work safely in Covid-19 restrictions
  2. Please can you let us know if you have had the Covid-19 vaccine and what date
  3. Please can you download the NHS track and trace app onto your phone as you will need to log the QR code before the treatment starts or we will keep a paper trace on request
  4. Please can you confirm that you feel well, with no temperature, loss of taste or smell, continuous cough, skin rash, cold or sore throat
  5. Please can you confirm that you have not had a temperature of over 37.8C in the past 7 days
  6. Please can you confirm that you have not travelled abroad in the past 14 days to any country and if you have, you have completed the isolation if required
  7. Please can you confirm that no one in your household is isolating at the moment, including children school age children
  8. Please can you confirm that you will let us know immediately if someone in your household becomes ill within 7 days of you having the treatment
  9. Please can you confirm that you will wear a brand new, clean mask throughout the entire time that you are with the Bodyflow therapist and anti-bac your hands before entry into the treatment room
  10. Please can you confirm that you will wash your hands and feet thoroughly prior to your treatment
  11. Please can you confirm that you consent to the Bodyflow therapist taking your temperature with a non-touch head thermometer before the start of the treatment.

Bodyflow therapists will have agreed and confirmed to all of the above points before commencing your Bodyflow treatment. We are working to the highest standard of care to avoid the spread of Covid-19 virus.

Payment and Fees

Bodyflow Treatment Room fees and Bodyflow Home visit fees to be given on booking your session, as different fees apply.
10% discount on block bookings of 4 appointments or more booked and paid for up front, please apply when booking your treatments. Gemma Ireland not included in this offer.
Bodyflow accepts BACs bank transfer payments with no extra charge and PayPal payments will incur a charge on top of fee.
Bodyflow corporate clients will have a package tailored to their requirements and the fee depends on how many massages are performed. – Please contact to discuss a convenient package.
Bodyflow staff do not except cash payments.

Bodyflow requirements prior to booking

Bodyflow requires a form to be filled out for each new client on booking your appointment and you will also need to consent to our GDPR form so that we are able to hold and process your private information and data. This information will then be given to the relevant therapist or practitioner who will go into more personal details in the consultation on your first appointment.
Please be aware that this will make your first appointment slightly longer than an hour.
All your personal data and information will be held extremely securely and not be shared with anyone out of Bodyflow.

Cancellation Policy

Treatments
A full refund of 100% will be credited to your account for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the treatment is due to take place.
You will be able to reschedule your appointment on receipt of a postive Covid Test which has to be shown to Bodyflow.
50% will be credited to your account if its between 24-48 hours.
100% of the fee will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of the treatment time.
 
Chair Massage
A three month notice is required should you wish to terminate having chair massage from Bodyflow and the full three month fee will be charged.
Should you need to cancel a booking then a one month’s notice is required, otherwise the full fee will be charged.

Bodyflow Insurance

All Bodyflow therapists and practitioners are self-employed and hold their own fully comprehensive insurance, public liability and professional indemnity.
Bodyflow is not liable for claims arising from the activities of its staff.
