Cancellation

Reflexology

Treatments are only secure and confirmed once we have received payment into our bank account on booking.

A full refund of 100% will be credited to your account for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the treatment is due to take place.

You will be able to reschedule your appointment if you go into active labour and are in hospital.

50% will be credited to your account if it’s between 24-48 hours.

100% of the fee will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of the treatment time.

Chair Massage

A full three-month notice is required should you wish to terminate having Bodyflow Chair Massage

One-months’ notice is required for rescheduling a Bodyflow Chair Massage Day, otherwise the full fee will be charged.

Insurance

All Bodyflow therapists and practitioners are self-employed and hold their own fully comprehensive insurance, public liability and professional indemnity.
Bodyflow is not liable for claims arising from the activities of its staff.
