Bodyflow chair massage is a Japanese acupressure technique that works on pressure points, releasing pain and tension within the body. It concentrates from the top of the head down the neck, shoulders, back and down to the hips including the arms and hands.
One pracitioner can perform 18 massages (20 mins) in a day and we will tailor our massage time to your requirements, usually a 20 minute massage, or 30 minute if a smaller office.
Our practitioners will arrive with an ergonomically designed chair and set-up in a convenient space for you without causing intrusion or disruption in your office. It can be in a small meeting room, a large corridor, a waiting room or somewhere you feel is good for you on the day.
No creams or oils are used during the massage and it is given fully clothed, making it ideal for the environment. We will send you a booking form to be filled in prior to the day and the employee is only away from their desk for 20 or 30 minutes and will know their booking time, so the day runs very smoothly.

Bodyflow Hand Reflexology
A Bodyflow reflexologist will set up in a place that is convenient to you. All that is needed is a small table and two chairs. The therapist will bring all the other necessary equipment to perform the mini hand reflexology treatments.
