Bodyflow Reflexology online was created by Gemma in 2020, a way of treating people online that is easy to perform and has profoundly healing results in a short amount of time.  Our clients love the instant healing benefits of the treatment from the comfort of where they are in the world.

All you have to do is ask and we will be able to help you, ideal for those who live outside London or abroad. The session lasts 30 minutes, via a video platform that works. Gemma will devise an especially tailored sequence for you to administer on your feet and legs to help with whatever dis-ease you are experiencing, helping you feel calmer, more relaxed and also giving you some powerful breathing exercises to take home and do in your own time.
